I've grown tired of the unsubstantiated claims, and constant "fear mongering" of the real estate industry.
Thousands if not hundreds of thousands of folks manage to sell their homes privately, and save themselves THOUSANDS of dollars in real estate commissions.
Amazing isn't it?
I mean, these are your neighbours, your mail man, your daughters teacher, just your average folks and incredibly, it would seem, they manage through some magic, to be able to sell their homes.
How much schooling did your local Real Estate agent go through to become this all knowing, all seeing God? Why is it I'm able to sell my car by myself, but if I try to sell my home privately "I'm opening myself up to potential personal danger".
This is going to be my new rant space, and I invite all others who are tired of the brain washing to join in. Let's try backing up our rants with a few facts though.

Real Estate commission in this country is an OUT-RAGE realtors should thank their lucky stars that the 5-6% SCAM has worked for so long. I sleep better at night knowing their days are numbered and the industry is changing. Time to see if they can actually deal with real life wages!!! instead of filling their pockets with the hard earned money of others!!!
